All of my knives unless otherwise stated are heat treated professionally by Mick Wardell one of the UKs premier knife makers, and include a cryogenic (sub zero) treatment for superior edge holding and toughness. Scales and handles are hand cut and shaped, then polished and oiled if required. Each knife comes with its own hand made sheath or pouch fitted to the knife it was made for. They are made form 3.5-4mm Veg tanned cowhide double stitched with heavy waxed linen thread and riveted where needed. Every knife comes with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity. Approx 3mm thick x 30mm wide and the blade is approx 110mm , deep scandi grind vine and thorn file work to the spine. RC 59.1 cryogenic heat treat. The scales are cross cut Bocote fitted to the tang with epoxy glue and hand made handle bolts and finished with a 6mm thong tube. The sheath is hand made from 3.5mm approx veg tanned cow hide double stitched with two rows of heavy duty waxed linen thread.

O1 Bushcraft Knife the overall length is 220mm, the blade is approx 105mm, it is approx 28mm wide and approx 5mm thick. The blade has a flat grind approx half the width of the blade. Vine & thorn file work to the spine of the handle.The hardness is RC60.2 The scales are nicely figured Cocobola secured to the tang with epoxy glue and hand made handle bolts capped with mosaic pin stock and a stainless thong tube. The sheath and Fire Steel holder again hand crafted from 3.5mm veg tanned cow hide. Double stitched with heavy duty waxed linen thread. Dyed dark brown and treated with leather grease.

Handcrafted Bushcraft knife made from O1 carbon tool steel approx 3mm thick x blade 105mm x approx 30mm wide. The knife has a deep scandi type grind, The blade is heat treated to RC 59 and has had a cryogenic soak for better edge holding. The scales are hand cut and shaped from African Wenge hard wood these are secured with hand made handle bolts and finished with a 6mm stainless thong tube. I have made the sheath from 3.5mm veg tanned cow hide double stitched with two rows of heavy waxed thread.

Stunning large Bowie handcrafted from A2 Toolsteel, overall length is approx 373mm, width approx 50mm and thickness is approx 7mm, The handle length is approx 120mm, approx 30mm wide and approx 22mm thick. The blade is hollow ground and the spine of the knife is hand filed with my vine & thorn. The Handle of the Bowie is nicely figured Arizona Desert Iron Wood Burr, secured with Stainless pins and finished with a 8mm stainless thong tube and nickle silver guard. The sheath is hancrafted from English veg tanned cow hide double stitched and welted and has a belt loop approx 60mm.
